            <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true"><strong>Full-Time, Permanent</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applications are invited for the post of Senior Designer in the Directorate of Marketing and Communications.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Holloway creative team as we work towards our RH2030s strategy and expand our capabilities as a team. Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the Senior Designer plays a key role in a small team of specialists providing creative design support for a wide range of projects across the digital and print spectrum, including key publications and marketing materials, crucial to the promotion and reputation of Royal Holloway.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The Senior Designer will be a qualified, experienced graphic designer used to working across digital and print media. You&rsquo;ll need to demonstrate a track record of working creatively, collaboratively and within brand guidelines, maintaining high standards, and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will show initiative, enthusiasm and creative flair, as well as being a team player.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The University has adopted hybrid working for this role. The successful applicant must demonstrate a disciplined, organised, open, and structured approach to their work, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team in a hybrid setting.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applicants must have extensive experience of the Adobe creative suite &ndash; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. A good working knowledge of Microsoft productivity software (especially the 365 suite) is also desirable.
