            <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true"><strong>Full-Time, Permanent</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applications are invited for the post of Employer Engagement Officer in the Careers Service.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The Careers Service at Royal Holloway is responsible for delivering a wide range of employability services to all students and recent graduates to improve graduate destinations. The university strategy emphasises the importance of employability and graduate outcomes and confirms the Careers Service as a core team.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This role will be based within the Employer Engagement Team. The post-holder will have responsibility for new and existing streams of employer engagement and will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that events and other activities are managed effectively. It is anticipated that an increasing focus will also be placed on digital delivery, alongside in-person events.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and targets and have experience of developing and nurturing effective relationships.             <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true">Term-Time, Permanent (28 hours per week, Term-Time, 30 weeks per year)</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applications are invited for the post of Volunteering Social Action Coordinator in the Careers service at Royal Holloway.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This position focuses on supporting Royal Holloway award-winning student-led Social Action projects. Joining the Volunteering team at an exciting phase of expansion, the post holder will recruit, train and provide ongoing support to student leaders delivering projects in the local community. In particular, the post holder will support the skills development of student leaders and provide continuity for community partner relationships.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The appointee would be working closely with the Royal Holloway Volunteering staff team based in the Volunteering Hub on our Egham campus as well as with the other teams within the Careers service. The appointee will have excellent organisation skills, be proficient in training delivery and have experience of working with volunteers. Experience of managing teams and proficiency in Microsoft office programmes is essential as well as an appreciation of volunteering and an understanding of the student journey. Joining the Volunteering team at an exciting phase of expansion, the post holder will lead on a variety of community partner schemes and initiatives working with charities and non-profit organisations to provide engaging volunteering opportunities for Royal Holloway students. They will also coordinate key Volunteering events such as the Festival of Volunteering and Royal Holloway Volunteering Awards.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The appointee would be working closely with the Royal Holloway Volunteering staff team based in the Volunteering Hub on our Egham campus as well as with the other teams within the Careers service. The appointee will have excellent organisation skills and the abilities to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including local charities, government authorities, non-profit organisations, students and university colleagues. Experience of managing teams and proficiency in Microsoft office programmes is essential as well as an appreciation of volunteering and an understanding of the student journey.
