            <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true">Full-Time, Fixed-Term (until 1 October 2026)</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applications are invited for the fixed-term posts of Residential Facilities Runner in the Residential Services Department.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The Residential Facilities Runner supports the delivery of essential services across the University&rsquo;s halls of residence during the busy summer period. The post holder will carry out basic maintenance and porterage tasks, room checks and assist with the preparation of accommodation for summer schools, and conference guests. Working as part of a team, the post holder will triage and log maintenance issues. This role contributes to ensuring that all residential areas remain clean, safe, functional and ready for occupation.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Basic DIY or maintenance skills, an understanding of health and safety principles and the ability to meet deadlines are important for this role.             <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true">Full-Time, Permanent</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applications are invited for the post of Residential Facilities Co-ordinator in the Residential Services Department.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Joining the Residential Contracts and Facilities team, this appointment is one of two roles responsible for ensuring accommodation is ready for occupation and maintained to appropriate standards. This role will co-ordinate regular monitoring and inspections of university residential properties and contracted services, ensuring relevant teams complete their daily responsibilities effectively, and meeting agreed standards to support a safe, welcoming residential environment for students and conference guests.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">With experience working within a hospitality or residential environment and an understanding of the relevant health and safety requirements, you will be confident in communicating with students, staff and visitors.
