            <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true"><strong>Full-Time, Permanent</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applications are invited for the post of Producer in the CoStar Enterprise &amp; Commercialisation Team</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The Enterprise &amp; Commercialisation (E&amp;C) Producer will oversee the production and delivery of a range of CoStar National Lab creative programmes from early-stage research to capacity and capability building for scaling enterprises.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This role will be predominantly focused on delivering engaging leading industry, business growth and investment expertise to enterprises in the creative technology sector.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The post has significant programme production, event management, and project management responsibilities across a wide range of business support activities including masterclasses, workshops, intensive and longer-term programmes.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Based in a busy creative innovation environment, this hands-on role involves substantial communication and coordination responsibilities and will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support delivery.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Engaging a diverse array of stakeholders across creative technology industries &amp; academia is a key aspect of the role. The Enterprise &amp; Commercialisation Producer will manage the successful delivery of CoStar&rsquo;s Enterprise &amp; Commercialisation programmes that aim to:</p><div style="margin-left:0cm;"><ul style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 26px;"><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Connect early-stage research, innovation, and investment together at the earliest possible stage to drive greater commercial, social, cultural, and creative impact.&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Accelerate capacity and capability building in UK businesses that have the potential to scale innovative, creative and technical solutions globally and react quickly to market opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Collaborate with the best tech &amp; creative executive mentors, funding, and investment expertise to build competitive advantage in an emerging market.</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Support access to and programme delivery within the network of CoSTAR Labs</li></ul></div><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The E&amp;C Producer will:</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Support workshops, events and logistics</strong> - help organise and run workshops and events (online and in-person) across UK venues, and assist with procuring specialist expertise (technical, legal, marketing, etc.) needed for delivery.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Support applications and stakeholder liaison</strong> - assist the National Lab Operations Team with applicant/selection admin, and act as a day-to-day contact for external programme partners and stakeholders.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Contribute to wider Lab activity and SME experience</strong> - run prototype, pilot, and demonstrator work as directed, helping ensure a high-quality, consistent experience for programme participants.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Maintain resources and support marketing</strong> - collate materials and collateral for delivery and knowledge exchange, and work with Communications and Marketing on outreach content.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Collect metrics, data and contract admin</strong> - help track carbon and inclusion metrics, support data capture through reports/surveys/feedback, and provide briefs to the Contracts Manager for paperwork and procurement.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Engage with team culture</strong> - contribute positively to an inclusive, sustainability-aware culture within the CoSTAR National Lab.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">In return we offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including:</p><div style="margin-left:0cm;"><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Generous annual leave entitlement&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Training and Development opportunities</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Pension Scheme with generous employer contribution&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Various schemes including Cycle to Work, Season Ticket Loans and help with the cost of Eyesight testing.&nbsp;</li><li style="margin-left:0cm;">Free parking&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The post is based currently in Egham, Surrey, where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. Through the provision of this service, the post-holder will ensure the efficient operation of the CoSTAR Senior Leadership team and actively contribute to managing tasks and time such that the directors are operating optimally.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">You will have significant experience providing high-level executive and administrative support to senior leaders, with excellent organisational, prioritisation and diary management skills. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple demands, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and building effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
