Applications are invited for the post of Junior Network Administrator in the IT Services Department.
The College is undertaking a comprehensive network refresh programme to modernise and enhance its IT infrastructure. This strategic initiative will improve performance, security, and resilience across the organisation, supporting innovative teaching, learning, and research while ensuring reliable connectivity for staff, students, and external partners.
This is a developmental role suited to an early-career IT professional looking to build specialist networking expertise. The Junior Network Administrator will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Juniper network infrastructure, including Mist AI-driven solutions, gaining valuable experience in automation, analytics, and next-generation wireless and switching technologies. The post-holder will work alongside Colleagues within IT Service Delivery and Enterprise Applications to ensure the delivery of a premier class IT service to students and staff at the University.
