Applications are invited for the full-time post of Student Administration Officer (Examination Access Arrangements) in Student Administration Operations within the Academic Services Directorate. 

Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Graduation.  The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the College.

The role of Student Administration Officer (Exam Access Arrangements) is based in the Assessments & Graduation Team in Student Administration Operations and is responsible for administering the Exam Access Arrangements (EAAs) process for students registered with Disability and Dyslexia Services and providing support for processing extensions and extenuating circumstances requests from students and supporting results processes.

Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should enjoy managing a number of tasks at the same time. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.
