Applications are invited for the post of London Campus Services Support Officer at our Central London Campus, based at Stewart House, Bloomsbury, London.

The successful candidate will be Joining the London Campus team at an exciting and pivotal time of growth and investment at our Central London Campus. The next six months will see the introduction of our new undergraduate accelerated degree programmes in London as well as a range of new activities that are in development. This key appointment will be central to delivering an outstanding front-line service to students, staff and visitors. The London Campus Services Support Officer will operate the London Helpdesk, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and services at the London Campus, working closely with colleagues across the London Campus team and the wider University.

You will have excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly, along with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of colleagues and customers. You will be able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail, use your own initiative to resolve problems, and bring proven experience of delivering customer service, managing enquiries and requests from a range of service users.
