            <p id="isPasted">Applications are invited for the post of Teaching and Engagement Librarian supporting the Faculty of Law and Business within the Library, Learning Support and Culture Directorate.</p><p>Joining the Teaching and Engagement team at an exciting phase of development at Royal Holloway, this new role will strengthen the Library&#39;s support for the Faculty of Law and Business, reflecting growing student numbers and increasing demand for high‑quality, embedded information and digital literacy teaching. You will be part of a collaborative and friendly team of Teaching and Engagement Librarians and will work closely with academic colleagues, professional services partners, and the wider Library, Learning Support and Culture team.</p><p>As a Teaching and Engagement Librarian, you will lead the design and delivery of engaging, inclusive information and digital literacy teaching, working closely with academics to embed skills development across undergraduate and postgraduate curricula.</p><p>You will build strong working relationships with programme leaders, academic departments and university services to understand teaching and research needs, promote the use of library resources, and contribute to curriculum development, validation and review processes. You will provide expert guidance and support to students and staff through a range of methods, including group teaching, drop‑ins, online resources and one‑to‑one appointments.</p><p>To succeed in this role, you will be a strong communicator with experience in providing information or research support within a library or learning support environment. You will bring excellent digital and IT skills, a passion for inclusive teaching, and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
