            <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true">Full-Time, Fixed-Term (for 6 months)</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applications are invited for the post of Business Continuity and Emergency Planning Manager in the Health, Safety, and Business Continuity (HSBC) Directorate. The full-time role is required for 6 months from April to October 2026.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">We require a calm and professional individual able to work stakeholders across the organisation to create and implement plans and procedures. The role reports to the Director of Health, Safety, and Business Continuity who is the strategic lead for the University in this area. The ability to communicate accurately and diplomatically is essential as are excellent organisational skills. A recognised qualification in BCEP is desirable, as is knowledge or experience in cyber security.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The HSBC is customer focused, assisting and empowering colleagues to allow them to make appropriate decisions, in this case in terms of business continuity and emergency planning. While legal compliance is the minimum, we strive for excellence and best practice within the Higher Education sector and this applies to improving our organisational resilience.
