            <p style="margin-left:0cm;"><strong>Full-Time, Fixed-Term (until 31 July 2027)</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applications are invited for the post of Student Administration Assistant (Enrolment and Records) in Student Administration Operations.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Student Administration Operations is responsible for all central administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, including Enrolment, Academic Timetabling, Attendance Monitoring, Examinations, and Results. The Student Administration Directorate also contains the Doctoral School, the Faculty administration teams, Academic Investigations and the Student Services Centre, which provides a central point of contact for students.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The Student Administration Records Assistant will support the administration of a variety of tasks carried out by the Enrolment and Records Team with a focus on supporting, tuition fee billing, query management, visa records. The role involves the methodical and accurate entry of data, excellent attention to detail and excellent customer services skills.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Candidates for this post should have excellent IT skills, an ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time and can demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to working in Higher Education Administration. In addition, candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service via email and phone to students, departmental administrators and academic staff and colleagues in Professional Services. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The role-holder will work closely with other colleagues in the Student Administration team, as well as colleagues from other Professional Services areas, to ensure that a well-co-ordinated service is provided to students in relation to Student Movements. Applications are therefore invited for a part time (2 days per week, Wednesday and Friday) post of Estates Head of Project Management Office.&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">This post will manage, through a job share arrangement, the Project Management Office (PMO) function for the Estates Department ensuring effective project reporting and governance, supporting the Estates Senior Team, Principal, Deputy Principal and other Executive or senior managers in the delivery of the University&rsquo;s Estates Master planning and Capital/Revenue Programmes.
