            <p style="margin-left:0cm;" data-pasted="true"><strong>Visiting Educational Developer</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Are you an experienced Educational Developer or Academic Developer? Are you looking for flexible, part-time work?</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Royal Holloway, University of London is seeking to appoint a Visiting Educational Developer who will work closely with other members of the Educational Development team to help deliver a portfolio of activities to improve the quality of teaching and learning at Royal Holloway.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The successful candidate will primarily support mentoring and evaluation of applicants for Royal Holloway&rsquo;s Advance HE accredited professional development scheme (TALENT) leading to AFHEA, FHEA or SFHEA. Depending on experience, availability and the team&rsquo;s needs, they may also deliver teaching on accredited teacher education programmes, develop high quality teaching and professional development resources, and contribute to the operational leadership and administration of Educational Development activities.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">Applicants should hold Senior Fellowship of Advance HE (SFHEA), be educated to Master&rsquo;s level or equivalent and should have significant experience of evaluating Advance HE Fellowship applications. Please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification for further details and requirements.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;">The role is likely to offer a maximum 14 hours per week between September 2026 and July 2027, though the number of hours will vary.
