Applications are invited for the post of Organisational Development Administrator in the Human Resources Department.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and capable individual with good administrative skills to take on the role of Organisational Development Administrator within the Human Resources Department for a period of approximately 8 months.

You will be involved in supporting a wide range of OD activities relating to learning and development, equalities and diversity and staff engagement at the College, and provide administrative support for the College’s open training programme for staff.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a busy OD department.
