Applications are invited for the post of Events Co-ordinator (Graduation) in the Marketing and Communications Directorate.
The successful candidate will become an integral member of the University’s Events Team, which brings together event professionals responsible for the delivery of high-profile University events including Graduation, public lectures, showcase events, open days, applicant visit days and other reputation enhancing events and hosting opportunities.
The position offers an exciting opportunity for those looking to develop their career and enhance their skills in event management.
Working closely with the Events Manager (Graduation), the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks and processes to support the delivery of Royal Holloway’s Graduation Ceremonies.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have an efficient and proactive approach. They will possess good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure, prioritise conflicting demands in order to meet strict event delivery deadlines.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
The University has adopted hybrid working for some roles and so some remote working will be possible for this role, however the Events Team are fully based on campus in the run up to, and during, event delivery.
