Applications are invited for the post of Executive Assistant in the Vice-Chancellor and Principal’s Office.  

Royal Holloway, University of London are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide a high level of professional executive and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. Through the provision of this service, the post-holder ensures the efficient operation of the Vice-Chancellor and Principal’s Office and actively contributes to managing task and time such that the Office is operating optimally. 

In return we offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including pension, generous annual leave, and training and development opportunities.  This is a full-time permanent post based on campus in Egham, Surrey.  There is parking on campus and there are direct trains from London Waterloo and Reading, and regular bus services.

The post holder will be required to work Monday-Friday, covering the office via shift work 08:30-17:30 - It is expected that the post holder will work on-site at our Egham campus for the majority of their working week.
