Applications are invited for the post of Student & Programme Administration Officer.
There are three roles available:
- 1176-20 – Full-Time Perm – School of Law and Social Sciences
- 0065-21 – Full-Time Fixed Term (until 31 July 2021) – School of Law and Social Sciences (Applicants should be available for an immediate start. Internal secondments will be considered)
- 0064-21 – Full-Time Fixed Term (until 31 July 2021) – School of Engineering, Physical and Mathematical Sciences (Applicants should be available for an immediate start, Internal secondments will be considered)

Academic Administration at Royal Holloway is organised into six School Administration teams and a Doctoral School, which are all part of the Academic Services directorate; a single professional service which supports the student journey. Administration teams have been designed to provide a consistent and effective service to both students and staff.
The Student & Programme Administration Officer role will be responsible for a variety of tasks and processes to support the delivery of academic programmes. The role holder will demonstrate a commitment to our shared vision and service standards. They will be expected to work closely with colleagues in the School as well as those across other academic and professional services areas, and to know when to seek guidance from senior colleagues.
Candidates should have excellent organisational and numerical skills and the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. In addition, they should be able to demonstrate commitment to working in Higher Education administration.
