We’re hiring three Summer Interns to support the commercial summer business and preparation to welcome our new students.

If you’re organised, friendly, and don’t mind being on your feet — you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Checking rooms and shared spaces are clean and ready
  • Helping prepare accommodation for new arrivals
  • Reporting and tracking maintenance issues
  • Supporting stock checks (linen, supplies, etc.)
  • Helping manage recycling and waste

Helping people:

  • Being a go-to person for student and guest questions
  • Giving directions, information, and general support
  • Helping create a welcoming, positive vibe on campus

Behind-the-scenes support:

  • Responding to emails 
  • Maintaining records and data
  • Send out updates to residents

Safety matters:

  • Supporting basic health & safety checks
  • Following simple processes to keep everyone safe

What you’ll get out of it:

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are friendly, approachable, and reliable

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Have Administration experience or organised events/tasks before
  • Are familiar with health & safety 

A few things to know:

  • You may work some weekends or shifts
  • The role involves walking around campus and checking rooms
  • Every day is different — flexibility is key
