Applications are invited for the full-time post of techne Senior Administration Officer in the Doctoral School. This role is available from 01 October 2019 and is Fixed-term until 30/09/2027.

Academic Administration at Royal Holloway is organised into six School Administration teams and the Doctoral School,  which are all part of the Academic Services directorate; a single professional service which supports the student journey.

The techne DTP is a consortium of nine universities in London and the south-east, led by Royal Holloway, which awards AHRC doctoral scholarships and provides training and development opportunities for students.   The techne Senior Administration Officer is responsible for the core administrative processes associated to techne, including the recruitment, selection and record-keeping of doctoral students across the techne consortium, organising techne meetings, conferences and residential training events.

Candidates should have administrative experience and excellent communication and organisational skills.  They should also be committed to contributing to continual development and provision of a high quality service to research students and staff.
