Applications are invited for the post of Executive Assistant (CoSTAR National Lab) in the StoryFutures Department.
Joining the StoryFutures team at an exciting phase of the CoSTAR project, this appointment will provide a high level of professional executive and administrative support to the Directors of CoSTAR. Through the provision of this service, the post-holder will ensure the efficient operation of the CoSTAR Senior Leadership team and actively contribute to managing tasks and time such that the directors are operating optimally.
You will have significant experience providing high-level executive and administrative support to senior leaders, with excellent organisational, prioritisation and diary management skills. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple demands, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and building effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience supporting executives, boards or senior management teams is highly desirable.
