Applications are invited for the new role of Director of Transformation reporting to the Pro-Vice Chancellor Academic Strategy, Planning and Resources.

We are looking for an experienced leader to play a key role in delivering our new Transformation Programme. You will play a leading role overseeing our exciting programme of activity, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver on transformational change across academic and professional services areas.  

You will be accomplished in managing relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders. You will have experience of using your exceptional programme management skills to drive forward activity and deliver on the strategic objectives in our Transformation Programme. A proficient and skilled leader, with excellent communication skills, you will directly manage a small team of staff focused on change management and change communications. 

The role is based in Egham, Surrey where the university is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
