Applications are invited for the post of Duty Supervisor in the Active Lifestyle and Sport Team.

At Royal Holloway University, Active Lifestyle and Sport is an essential element of the student experience and belonging. The Active Lifestyle & Sport team is responsible for encouraging participation in sport, health and fitness activities across campus to enhance student, staff, and community wellbeing, whilst working closely with both Student Life colleagues and the Students’ Union. It is not only about running facilities but also about the activities and programmes that are delivered to build a sense of belonging and community at Royal Holloway.   

Active Lifestyle and Sport is committed to delivering effective physical activity services that enrich the student experience. To contribute to the emerging RH2030s Strategy, your focus will be on supporting opportunities to play sport in our outdoor/indoor facilities to enhance the student experience and build community engagement with local community clubs and teams. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of excellent standards and customer care, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both customers and colleagues. The role holder will be supervising the day-to-day operations of our indoor and outdoor facilities, maintaining industry leading standards of housekeeping, maintenance, cleaning and health and safety.
