Starting Salary is £25,849 per annum - including London Allowance (This is the expected starting salary for this post however appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.)
Applications are invited for the post of Student Fees Administrator - Credit Control in the Student Fees Office, Finance department
This is a varied and demanding role involving the direct provision of services and account management to our student customers. You would be working as part of the Student Fees team at Royal Holloway who are responsible for the collection of tuition and accommodation income from students, sponsors and other third party payers as well as general student account management. The team achieves outstanding results and works in partnership with colleagues across the College to deliver a high level of service to our students.
Applicants should demonstrate experience of credit control processes and knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be beneficial but not essential. They will need to be able to work independently but also within a team. This will be combined with strong attention to detail, experience of working with financial systems and a positive, team-focused attitude.
