Applications are invited for a Student Administration Manager to join the Assessments and Graduation Team in Student Administration.
Student Administration is responsible for a wide range of administrative and policy related roles central to the student lifecycle. The Student Administration section is a diverse area which manages all the central administrative functions in relation to the student life cycle including; Enrolment, Examinations, Results, Academic Timetabling, Academic Investigations, and the Student Service Centre.
The Student Administration Manager (ES4 Implementation) will be responsible for Project managing the introduction of new exam timetabling software called Exam Scheduler 4 (ES4) for the University
Candidates for this post should have excellent IT skills preferably with experience using exam timetabling software and have experience of delivering assessment/exams in an educational setting The post holder will need to have excellent influencing and motivational skills to ensure the necessary stakeholders are engaged with the project. Excellent communication skills, in order to communicate the project to others, train end-users and produce user handbooks and other user guides, will be essential.
