Applications are invited for the post of Student & Programme Administration Assistant in the School of Engineering Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

Academic Administration at Royal Holloway is organised into six School Administration teams and a Doctoral School, which are all part of the Academic Services directorate; a single professional service which supports the student journey. Administration teams have been designed to provide a consistent and effective service to both students and staff.
The Student & Programme Administration Assistant role will be responsible for a variety of tasks and processes to support the delivery of academic programmes. The role holder will demonstrate a commitment to our shared vision and service standards. They will be expected to work closely with colleagues in the School of Engineering Physical and Mathematical Sciences as well as those across other academic and professional services areas, and to know when to seek guidance from senior colleagues.
Candidates should have excellent organisational and numerical skills and the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. In addition, they should be able to demonstrate commitment to working in Higher Education administration.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey, where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
The post holder will be required to work Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30. It is expected that the post holder will work on-site at our Egham campus for all their working week. Therefore, this role is not available for hybrid work.
