Applications are invited for the post of Applicant Services Advisor in the Admissions and Applicant Services Department of the Marketing and Communications Directorate.

The Applicant Services team plays a vital role in the smooth and efficient running of the University’s professional admissions operation, principally by taking responsibility for communication with those interested in joining the University. Those appointed to the role will support and guide applicants and their representatives throughout the applicant lifecycle, responding promptly to admissions-related inquiries via email and telephone.  

You will have a high level of attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and have the ability to work in a team to deliver exceptional service to applicants. The ideal candidate will be able to deal with complex queries from a wide range of enquirers, always looking to improve processes and provide applicants with an excellent level of customer service. A good understanding of UK qualifications or admissions processes is desirable.
