Applications are invited for the post of Human Resources Assistant (Maternity Cover) based in the Human Resources Department. Working as part of the wider HR Operations Team in the Human Resources Department the post holder will provide a high-volume transactional service for the full range of human resources matters in a timely and effective manner. The post holder will need to provide accurate advice on policies, their application, and good HR practice as well as using online human resources and payroll and recruitment systems.
Strong communication and time management skills are required for this role together with the ability to work well under pressure, maintain excellent attention to detail and demonstrate ongoing application of their initiative. Significant experience of working in a similar role and strong IT skills including use of an online recruitment and electronic HR and Payroll System are required.

Our Egham site is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
This is a fixed term post to cover a period of maternity leave. This appointment could end earlier than expected should the substantive post-holder return to work early.
