Full Time, Fixed Term

Applications are invited for the post of Pre-Sessional English Language Tutor. This role is only open to re-joiners who have previously worked in this role at Royal Holloway University and who have been invited to return.

The dates of this year’s programme are below:

  • PELP Part 1: Wednesday 17 June – Wednesday 15 July 2020
  • PELP Part 2: Wednesday 15 July – Wednesday 12 August 2020
  • PELP Part 3: Wednesday 12 August – Thursday 10 September 2020

Posts are available for one or more blocks and tutors must be available for the duration of each chosen block. The above dates show the start and end date of the employment contract, and include a one day staff induction which precedes the start of each block.

Please note that

  • Posts will be allocated on a strictly first come first served basis, and we will be interviewing to fill vacant positions on 11 March 2020
  • Successful applicants will need to undertake a right to work check with HR at least 24 hours prior to your start date. Any delay in doing this will mean that your access to essential College systems, including e-mail, will not be finalised until after the start of your contract.
  • Subsidised on-campus accommodation can be provided and is subject to availability.
