Salary in range of £51,034 - £59,135 per annum. London Allowance of £2,134 will be payable in addition to salary.

Applications are invited for the post of Head of Cyber Security in the IT Services Department.

Royal Holloway University has exciting digital aspirations as well as a complex and diverse IT offering. The role of Head of Cyber Security will play a key role in ensuring the correct security posture for the College. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work closely with the IT Services Senior Management team and the wider college leadership to ensure the Cyber Security offering is in line with the Business goals.

You will have experience of a broad range of Cyber security activities including day to day monitoring and incident management but just as importantly how these form part of a wider Security offering backed by effective policies, standards, and user education. You will need to show that a portfolio of activity can be managed between onsite teams and carefully selected security partners.  We will also expect a creative approach in how to engage with users and increase awareness and positive security behaviours.
