Are you a recent graduate with excellent research and evaluation skills? Can you develop robust evaluation strategies? Are you passionate about making a difference and improving access to higher education?

We’re looking for an officer to work with all our Student Recruitment and Widening Access teams at Royal Holloway, University of London as we expand our important work throughout the UK. 

The role will require superb organisational skills, attention to detail, data manipulation and excellent communication to further develop our evaluation strategies and ensure accurate and timely reporting to key stakeholders and regulators. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to work with schools, colleges and staff across the College to help us maintain the highest standards of activity for every aspect of our work. 

You must be confident interpreting and presenting data to a variety of stakeholders from secondary school advisers, to academic colleagues within the College. The post holder will have experience in devising and implementing evaluating student recruitment activities, ensuring such strategies are robust and aligned to the aims and objectives of the directorate.

This role is based in the UK Student Recruitment (Education) team which is responsible for delivering an annual programme of effective in school and on campus recruitment activities as well as widening access work that meets the requirements of our Access and Participation Plan.
