An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with recognised expertise to fill the role of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager in the Human Resources Department.

The successful post holder will work with the leadership team and key stakeholders to develop and implement the College’s EDI strategy and action plan.  You will act as the College’s subject matter expert on EDI, proposing informed initiatives and offering guidance, advice and training as needed, helping to ensure a culture that values diversity and creates systems which encourage inclusivity.  You will also lead and manage the delivery of applications for equality charter marks as required.

We are looking for candidates with in depth knowledge and understanding of EDI, preferably within Higher Education or a public sector context.   You must be able to work in partnership with a variety of people, using excellent interpersonal skills to understand different needs and viewpoints, offering advice and guidance and handling difficult issues sensitively.  You must be able to analyse data and draw on different insights to understand key issues and propose positive solutions which promote inclusion.

This is a full time, permanent post based in Egham, Surrey, where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.  Initially the post may be based remotely.
