Applications are invited for the post of Student Systems Manager in the Student Administration Operations Department within the Student & Academic Services Directorate
Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Results. The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the College.
The Student Systems Manager is responsible for providing high quality support for the College’s student record system (Banner) and associated systems. The role acts as a key link between business process owners and the Student Administrative Systems team within the IT directorate in order to enable continuous improvement and project support for developments in the student system and associated platforms.
Candidates for this post should have excellent IT skills, an adaptable approach and an ability to manage other members of staff. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.
The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
The College has adopted hybrid working for some roles and so partial remote working would be possible for this role
