Applications are invited for the post of Head of Business Improvement in the Strategic Planning team.

The university is already on an exciting journey of transformation and change as part of the current strategic plan. We are looking for an experienced leader to play a key role in the Strategic Planning team. The Head of Business Improvement will fill a new key role within the Strategy Implementation Unit, who sit within the Strategic Planning directorate. The role will ensure alignment with the IT & Strategic Planning functions, in tandem with the Head of Strategy Implementation who oversees project management within the Unit. The post holder will be responsible for the leadership and management of a small team of Business Analysts. The role is responsible for prioritising effort and driving business change across the University to deliver our strategic objectives.
You will be accomplished in managing relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders. A proficient and skilled leader, you will directly manage a small team of staff focused on change and improvement for the College.
