Applications are invited for the post of Student Administration Officer (Module Registrations & Timetabling) in Student Administration.

Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Graduation.  The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the College.

The Student Administration Officer (Module Registrations & Timetabling) is responsible for overseeing the process of module registration for all students, providing expert support for the systems used in registering students and assisting with the maintenance and scheduling of the academic timetable.

Candidates for this post should have excellent IT skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. Experience in systems and academic timetabling would be advantageous. They should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high quality service to students and staff.
