We are looking for a proactive, resourceful and results-driven individual with experience of relationship management database to join the External Relationships team within Marketing and Communications Directorate. This is a full time fixed term maternity secondment cover position until July 2022. This appointment could end earlier than expected should the substantive post-holder return to work early.

Reporting to the Development Operations Manager, the post-holder will undertake day-to-day oversight of the College’s alumni and donor database including taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of data, ensuring all income received is accurately and promptly processed and supporting the team with data and reporting requirements. You will support the Development Operations Manager to identify and implement new systems and processes to enable the work of the office to be carried out with ever greater efficiency and effectiveness and ensure compliance with relevant University policies and procedures and the Data Protection Act.

The contractual place of work is the university’s campus in Egham, Surrey, which is within commuting distance from London. However, the university is currently developing a hybrid approach and so some remote working would be possible.
