We are looking for an organized, personable and enthusiastic Communications Assistant to assist with our communications work.
StoryFutures Creative Cluster exists to fuel innovation in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality Artificial Intelligence and all types of immersive and next generation storytelling and is led by Royal Holloway, University of London. It is a partnership between higher education, creative producers, companies (SMEs) and major industry partners such as Pinewood Studios, Imaginarium, The National Gallery, BBC Studios, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Heathrow Airport. Based in one of the UK’s top creative and digital industry areas, it is part of an unprecedented public investment in creative industries Research & Development (R&D) through the Creative Industries Clusters programme.
The post holder will assist across all our communications activities.

You are likely to have some experience working in the creative, digital or marketing communications environment, and have strong communications and organisational skills.
This is a full time post available from 15th July 2022 or as soon as possible thereafter, with strong potential for extension. This post is based in Egham, Surrey on our beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.

Interviews: Interviews will take place between 11 July and 31 July 2022. Shortlisted candidates will be required to undertake a few skills-based tasks on the day of the interview.
Please note that it will not be possible for the College to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for successful candidates as the pro-rata salary will not meet the minimum threshold set by UK Visas and Immigration. Successful candidates will therefore need to be eligible to work in the UK or have limited leave to remain in the UK and associated right to work for the duration of their employment with the College, in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
The university has adopted hybrid working for some roles therefore some remote working may be possible for this role.
