Applications are invited for the post of Student Services Centre Supervisor (Enquiry Management) in the Student Services Centre in Student Administration.

Student Administration is responsible for all central administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle.   The Student Services Centre within Student Administration has been designed to provide a central point of contact for all non-academic enquiries and services, making it easy for students to obtain the information and help they need. The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient services to support students through their journey at the College.  The Student Services Centre is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and staff in this role are key to the success of the service.

The Student Services Centre Supervisor (Enquiry Management) is responsible for managing the Front Desk, Phone and Email service for the Student Services Centre and coordinating the work of the Advisors to ensure we are responding to enquires in a timely and efficient manner. 

Candidates should have excellent IT skills and be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.  Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment are also essential.
