The IT Support Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent 1st line IT support by providing both proactive and reactive support. Those appointed to the role will support students and staff both face-to-face and via online chat.

The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.  Good verbal and written communications skills as well as a good understanding of Windows and MAC operating systems.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park.
