School Administration Assistant

Student Administration - School of Humanities

Salary:  £23,331 to £25,627 per annum pro rata - including London Allowance

The Humanities School Administration Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks and processes that primarily support the operational activity in the School including finance, HR and facilities.  

We would love to hear from you if you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise your work taking ownership of tasks.   Good IT skills are required, as well as the ability to work well as a part of team and independently.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who is returning to the workplace after a career break.   There is flexibility in how the hours can be worked, either 3 full days or 4-5 shorter days.
