*This is the expected starting salary for this post however appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

Applications are invited for the post of Student Administration Senior Officer (Assessment & Results) in Student Administration.

Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from Enrolment to Results.   The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the College.

The Assessment and Results team deliver the College’s in-person exams and support Schools in delivering online assessment.  The team manage the central processing, publication and documentation of results (marks, progression and awards) and also provide the administration of centralised mitigation processes

The role of the Student Administration Senior Officer (Assessments and Results) is based in the Assessments & Results Team and is responsible for leading the administration of Results validation and processing, as well as supporting  the Student Administration Manager (Assessments) in delivering in person examinations at various times throughout the academic year.   Applicants will need to be familiar with Student Records Systems (preferably Banner), HE Student lifecycles and be familiar with assessment and results processes.
