Applications are invited for the post of Academic Investigations Administration Assistant in the Academic Investigations team, which is part of Student Administration.
Student Administration is responsible for all central administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, including Enrolment, Academic Timetabling, Examinations, Graduation Ceremonies and Research Degree Administration; it also contains the Student Services Centre, which provides a central point of contact for students.
The role sits within the Academic Investigations team which is responsible for administration of the academic misconduct process, investigation of student academic appeals and formal student complaints.
The role requires a skilled administrator, preferably with experience of Higher Education administration. You will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You should also be committed to contributing to the continual development and provision of a high-quality service to students and staff.
