As the Internal Communications Manager (staff) at Royal Holloway, University of London, you’ll be passionate about crafting and implementing strategic employee communication and engagement initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and deliver creative, informative, and engaging communications across the University, aligned with its values.
This role will focus on leading and implementing strategic communications and employee engagement events, collaborating with various stake holders across the University, and is aligned with communications for students as part of the Internal Communications team.
Working with the Head of Internal Communications, you will lead on the development and delivery of engaging staff facing communication campaigns, manage the core staff communication channels, and be accountable for the development, delivery, and evaluation of an annual engagement and communication plan, as well as crisis communications and managing communications for internal reputational risks.
You will be a creative, proactive and proven networker, have experience in internal communications, and you will have a track record of developing, delivering, and measuring the success of communication and engagement plans.
