Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Manager - Soft Services in the Residential Services Department.

Joining the Residential Contracts and Facilities team at an exciting phase of ongoing change and development, this key appointment is one of two roles responsible for the management of a team of twelve, and is focused on contracted services including cleaning, linen and launderette provision to ensure superior service for our resident students and conference guests.  

With a qualification in facilities or hotel management, and/or strong managerial experience in the university residential, hotel or facilities sectors you will be confident in communicating with all students, staff and visitors.  IT literacy in MS Excel, Word and Outlook are essential, and experience of facilities or enquiry management software is advantageous.
