Applications are invited for the post of School Administration Officer in the School of Performing and Digital Arts.

Academic Administration at Royal Holloway is organised into six School Administration teams and a Doctoral School, which are all part of the Student and Academic Services directorate; a single professional service which supports the student journey. Administration teams have been designed to provide a consistent and effective service to both students and staff.

The School Administration Officer role will be responsible for a variety of tasks and processes to support the day to day running of the School: including administering School HR processes (such as contracting, supplier engagement, leave reporting and accruals), and School local finance processes (such as procurement, requisitions, invoicing, and end of financial year reporting and accruals), and assisting with general office administration duties as needed.

The role holder will demonstrate a commitment to our shared vision and service standards and will support the School Manager in ensuring the efficient administration of the School.  Candidates should have excellent organisational and numerical skills and the ability to work both independently as well as be part of a team.  In addition, they should be able to demonstrate commitment to working in Higher Education administration.
