HR Projects Manager - Academic Promotions and Rewards

Full-Time, Fixed-Term (12 months contract)

Applications are sought for this exciting new fixed term project role to support a review and development of the College’s academic promotion and rewards processes. Based in the Human Resources Department the post holder will work with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management, trade unions and Human Resources colleagues to develop the academic promotion, professorial banding and academic probation processes.  

The successful appointee will need to demonstrate evidence of successful project completion preferably within a similar environment and a good understanding of academic promotion, reward and probation matters.   Strong analytical skills are needed while a project management qualification is desirable.  The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their ability to work in partnership with a variety of people, using excellent interpersonal skills to understand different needs and viewpoints and handle difficult issues sensitively.

This is a full time, fixed term contract based in Egham, Surrey, where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
