Applications are invited for the post of HR Officer in the Human Resources Department.

As a key member of the Human Resources Operations team the post holder will manage the provision of an effective, proactive, operational human resources service for the College seeking advice and support as required.  Reporting to the Deputy Head of Human Resources Operations the successful candidate will take day to day ownership for managing the HR Operations team with another HR Officer together with providing human resources advice to managers and employees on the full employee lifecycle.

To be successful applicants will need to be excellent communicators who can demonstrate strong people management skills and their application, excellent attention to detail and significant working knowledge of employment law.  Experience of designing and improving policies and processes and successfully implementing improvements is required together with a good working knowledge of rewards and benefits matters.
